Sculptor

The chronicle

March

Mars, God of War

We'll send our pioupious,

with flowers in their mouths and bayonets in their guns.

They'll load the missiles, singing Sambre et Meuse.

We have no more shells,

we have no bullet,

we have no tanks,

we have no fuel for our planes

But we do have bayonets...

They'll see the Russian missiles with our bayonets...

We won't be able to see anything.

With Sambre et Meuse and bayonets.

It will be all right

Art Capital 2024, a success

Art capital 2024 was a success!

The last fair for contemporary artists at the ephemeral Grand Palais, with the hope of returning to the Grand Palais in 2025.

Although this show brings together 2,000 artists, there are always opportunities for wonderful encounters.

I'd like to thank all the friends, art lovers and collectors who came to see me,

and also to the volunteers of the Société des Artistes Indépendants for the organization.

I presented "En passant chez Niki", a colorful sculpture in the image of the artist's famous Nanas.

Bestiary in April in Honfleur

Creation in progress - Saint Amand sandstone

This winter, I embarked on new creations exploring the world of fantastic animals...

These latest sculptures will be presented exclusively by Galerie Guernieri in Honfleur in April.

This amazing and prolific group exhibition will focus on bestiary. We're sure your imagination will be fired!

Make a note of these dates so you don't miss this exhibition.

Opening Friday April 5

First exhibition in Montargis

My first exhibition in Montargis will be in the Rue Dorée.

For those who know it, it's the charming street full of shops and close to the pêcherie district, where the bistrots spread out their terraces!

The venue is a small space made available to artists by the town council 😉

Tuesday April 9 to Sunday April 21

I'll be there every day at the end of the day

A fashion designer: Cécile Huart

Since 2018, Cécile has been creating unique pieces with a "designer streetwear" identity in her fashion atelier.

"I like to work with loose cuts that leave the body free to move, to which I add draping and an unexpected mix of materials.

Anne Millot's sculpture "Tenter de comprendre Picasso" caught my eye. The idea of making a patchwork of it on a sweater by reinterpreting the colors came to me immediately."

Step into Cécile's boutique/workshop, and she'll welcome you with open arms.
